Dr. Bruce Chin is a GEM!💎 I’m 42 years old and have never needed glasses but as an avid reader I have noticed that I am guessing at a lot of words. Going in for my first exam was nerve wracking but Mickie, Dr. Bruce’s assistant stayed on point. She ran me through all my test, stayed patient with me as I tried on multiple frames, and when I left unsure of which frame to choose, she promptly called me back to help me with my options. Dr. Bruce…. I cannot describe how easygoing and warm he is! I had already accepted that eyesight is apart of old age…. But his delivery was warm! I cried during the exam, when I could read again. Made me realize he does enjoy his career and cares about helping ppl. Thank Laguna Optometry! 💝

I experienced severe pain in my eye one Sunday evening. I called Dr Chin and he opened the open office and came in to treat my injury. He was able to provide the relief I needed. He squeezed me into his schedule and in the following days he called me to check on my progress. Dr Chin is very accommodating very professional. I highly recommend Dr Chin, he provides the best service and you cannot find a better Dr of Optometry.

This place has worked really well for me, the doctors are very kind and patient and will answer any questions you have. I've seen Dr Bruce and Dr Shinfuku. Right now with the pandemic they are taking care to clean everything before the patient touches it. I personally haven't ordered glasses from here but they have a good selection of frames - for me it's just cheaper to order glasses online. But I do get my contacts here and they are great. My son poked my eye last night causing an abrasion and the pain was unbearable. So the following morning (Saturday) I called and made an appointment and they saw me an hour later. Dr. was very nice, professional, and treated me very well. My eye was treated just an hour and a half ago and here I am- online seeing much better writing a review. Thanks Doctor!
