Dr. Manisha Parikh earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Riverside, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. During her training, she participated in research focused on myopia management and pediatric dry eye disease, presenting her work at scholarly meetings and publishing in the Optometry and Vision Science journal. She is a member of the California Optometric Association and is certified in Glaucoma and Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA).

Dr. Parikh is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered eye care and believes strongly in educating patients, so they feel confident about their eye health. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with a special interest in pediatric eye examinations and dry eye treatment. Dr. Parikh is happy to be part of the Laguna Creek Optometry team and looks forward to building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her patients in the Sacramento community.

Outside of the office, Dr. Parikh enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking in beautiful scenery, and spending quality time with her family.
