This place has worked really well for me, the doctors are very kind and patient and will answer any questions you have. I've seen Dr Bruce and Dr Shinfuku. Right now with the pandemic they are taking care to clean everything before the patient touches it. I personally haven't ordered glasses from here but they have a good selection of frames - for me it's just cheaper to order glasses online. But I do get my contacts here and they are great.
